(Preliminary stage to become a Franchisee Property Manager, Business Ownership)
If you would like to have your own Franchise Property Manager and looking for a opportunity to start as an Property Manager, then here is your Chance. You can start in your choosen Territory (300.000 inhabitants) and in 12-18 months you can open your own Groundfloor24 Franchise Property Manager.
Term:
18 months
After 18 months (earliest 12 months) you start your Franchise Property Manager. Alternative you can be an Property Manager, it depends on you.
Another advantage is, that 50% of the Royalty Fee reduces the Franchise Fee.

Technology Fee:
570 NZD Technology one time Fee and
130 NZD per month (1.-3. months payable Up Front, from the 4th month onwards on the 1st of the month).
Additional the technology fee is either 130 NZD per month, or 110 NZD per month if paid annually up front at once.
Royalty Fee:
5% from Revenue
Admin Fee:
475 NZD max. per year (95 NZD if 20-39 property units under management; 190 NZD if 40-59 property units under management; 285 NZD if 60-79 property units under management; 380 NZD if 80-99 property units under management and 475 NZD if 100 or more units under management). You can pay the admin fee in one amount or in monthly installments.
Transaction Fee:
0.1% of the purchase price, maximum 380 NZD each Sale (1.-12 Deal).
0,1% of the purchase price, maximum 290 NZD each additional Sale
3% of first 3 months regular rent (without free and/or reduced monthly rent), maximum 80 NZD each Lease/ Rent
Transaction Fee is paid by the Real Estate Agent who concludes the contract. Transaction fees are deducted from all transactions. Transaction fees paid do not apply towards commission caps.
Commission billing is carried out by the company headquarters by the 10th of the following month.
Additional Fixed and Optional Commission Fee Rules:
If you suggest a new Property Manager, you will receive 10% from his/ her commission for the first 3 Deals. These 10% will be paid from Groundfloor24.
If the Property Manager receives customer recommendations from other Property Manager or Franchisees Groundfloor24 (Property Manager, Property Management, Mortgage Broker, Insurance Broker or Property Valuation), who would like to sell or rent their property, then the tipster receives 20% from the Commission.

If you are moving to another Region (Same Country or abroad), you can Work there as an Property Manager as well without changes to us. Just let us know and we are preparing what needed.
If you would like to work part time from the beginning or later, it does not matter why, you can do it.
If you need a Break (Family situations, sabbatical, travelling, ect.), please let us know. With the 4 month the monthly Technology Fee reduces to 70 NZD and with the 10 month to 36 NZD and you keep connected.

We have a Commission Fee concept with few fix monthly Fees. There are no worries, because most Fees are Performance oriented Fees. They are connected to Deals and Revenue.
